What ImmoFynn works with
We set these connections up together during the pilot. Which ones you need depends on which workflows you want to hand over.
Phone system
Fynn answers tenant calls, captures the issue and turns it into a workflow. How it connects to your phone system is something we work out during setup — that depends on your system.
WhatsApp
Tenants reach you the way they already do, and you approve items on the move without opening the app.
Email inbox
Incoming messages are read, matched and turned into workflows — prospective tenant enquiries as well as contractor invoices.
Bank account
Read-only access to transactions, for reconciling rent payments. ImmoFynn cannot technically initiate a transfer.
Trello
If that is where you keep your tasks, they stay there — items sync both ways.
Spreadsheets and files
Excel, CSV and Google Sheets for your portfolio, invoices and contracts as files. Getting started takes no more than the list you already have.
