2. Provision of the website and server log data

This website is provided through Vercel. The provider is Vercel Inc. (USA); delivery takes place from the EU region Frankfurt. When you access the website, technically necessary data automatically transmitted by your browser is processed – in particular IP address, date and time of access, the page requested, browser type and operating system.

This processing serves to deliver the website technically, to ensure its stability and security and to defend against attacks. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and functional provision). We cannot give a binding statement here on the exact retention period of the server logs; storage takes place only for as long as necessary for the stated purposes.

This website does not load fonts from third-party providers. The fonts used are bundled at build time and served from our own server. No cookies are set for analytics or advertising purposes, and no web analytics tools or advertising pixels are used.

3. Contact form

You can send us a message using the form on the homepage. In doing so we process the following data provided by you:

• First name
• Last name
• Email address
• Portfolio size
• Company (optional)
• Phone number (optional)
• Additional message (optional)

In addition we store the time of your consent and the consent text in order to be able to demonstrate that consent. The message is delivered to our mailbox through the service provider Resend (Resend, Inc., USA).

The legal basis is your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR as well as Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry is aimed at entering into a contract. Consent is voluntary; without it we cannot process your enquiry.

4. Appointment booking

We use Calendly (Calendly LLC, USA) to schedule calls. When the booking window is opened, technical data such as your IP address and browser information is transmitted to Calendly. If you book an appointment, we also process your name, email address, selected time and any optional message you provide.

A video conference link is created through Google Meet and a calendar entry is added; the provider is Google Ireland Limited. Confirmation and reminder emails are sent through Calendly.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures at your request) as well as Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in straightforward appointment scheduling).

5. Contact by email

If you write to us by email, we process the information you provide in order to handle your enquiry. Our business mailbox is operated by the provider Zoho. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in handling enquiries), or Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for contract-related enquiries.

6. Use of the immofynn platform

Separate agreements apply to the use of the platform itself – the logged-in area holding your property and contract data. Application and database run in the EU region Frankfurt; we use Vercel (application), Supabase (database, authentication, file storage) and a service for background jobs.

Separation of customer data is enforced in the database itself through row level security. Data is stored encrypted; particularly sensitive fields that no agent needs to read are additionally encrypted at field level. Access to production data has to be justified and is logged.

Depending on the task, open-source models as well as Anthropic's Claude API are used for AI processing. For an agent to evaluate a document, the server has to process that document in plain text; end-to-end encryption of the same documents is therefore technically incompatible. Before any real customer data is processed, we conclude data processing agreements with all providers used.

7. Processors and transfers to third countries

To provide this website we use the service providers named above, in particular Vercel (hosting), Resend (email delivery), Calendly and Google (appointment booking and video conferencing) and Zoho (email mailbox). They process personal data on our behalf.

Processing or transfer to third countries outside the EU/EEA, in particular to the USA, cannot be ruled out. Where data is transferred to a third country, this takes place on the basis of the conditions provided for in data protection law under Art. 44 et seq. GDPR, in particular EU standard contractual clauses.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the following rights:
