No tenant request gets lost — even when nobody picks up.

Fynn is an AI employee that answers incoming tenant calls, captures the request in a structured form and turns it into an actionable case with property, tenant and urgency attached.

Warum das Zeit kostet

Tenants call when it suits them, not when it suits you: during a meeting, at the weekend, on holiday.

Every missed call is either a lost request or a second call at an even worse moment. Both cost you — time, patience, and in the worst case the relationship with the tenant.

Fynn takes every call, talks to the tenant like a practised contact, and turns the conversation into a case you can close in two minutes instead of twenty.

So läuft es ab

  1. Schritt 1

    The call is answered

Fynn gives your company name and introduces itself as an AI assistant, as the EU AI Act requires.

  2. Schritt 2

    The request is captured

It asks the questions that matter: what happened, where, how urgent? A burst pipe calls for different questions than a query about the service charge statement.

  3. Schritt 3

    A case is created

Property, unit and tenant are matched, urgency is assessed, the conversation summarised. The case is in your dashboard before the tenant has hung up.

  4. Schritt 4

    You decide

Urgent cases reach you immediately. The reply and the next steps are prepared — you review and approve.

What Fynn does not do here

Diese Grenzen sind fest eingebaut und lassen sich nicht versehentlich aufheben.

  • It does not terminate tenancies and makes no legally binding commitments.
  • It does not instruct contractors without your approval.
  • It gives no information on contract details it cannot match with certainty — it hands those to you.

Wann er an dich übergibt

As soon as a request is unclear, sensitive or explicitly personal, Fynn announces a call back and puts the case at the top of your approval queue. You decide which types of case it may close on its own at all.

Datenschutz und Transparenz

  • Fynn identifies itself as an AI assistant at the start of every call.
  • Conversations are processed to create cases and are not evaluated for marketing purposes.
  • Details on processing are set out in our security pages.

Frequently asked questions

  • Yes. Fynn introduces itself as an AI assistant at the start. This has been a legal requirement since August 2026 — and in our experience tenants do not mind, as long as their request lands somewhere and something happens.

  • Fynn classifies emergencies such as water damage or heating failure as urgent and notifies you immediately. Which cases count as an emergency, and who gets notified, is yours to define.

  • No, your number stays your number. Fynn gets one of its own for your tenants to reach it on. How it connects to your phone system beyond that is something we work out during setup — it depends on your system.

  • Yes. Many run it in the evenings, at weekends, or as overflow when nobody internally picks up. You change that yourself in the settings.
