Rent collection
Missing payments surface the same day, not at month end.
Fynn is an AI employee that reconciles bank transactions against tenancies automatically and identifies missing, late or partial payments.
Warum das Zeit kostet
Reconciling rent is the most thankless routine in a portfolio: the same every month, necessary every month, and a mistake only surfaces once two months of rent are missing.
As the portfolio grows, an hour in a spreadsheet turns into an afternoon — and an overlooked arrear turns into a real receivables problem.
Fynn reads your bank transactions, matches every payment to the right tenancy and only tells you what actually needs your attention.
So läuft es ab
- Schritt 1
The account is read
Your transactions arrive automatically through the banking interface or by import — daily, without you doing anything.
- Schritt 2
Payments are matched
Fynn recognises rent payments even with creative references, partial amounts or changing senders, and matches them to the right tenancy.
- Schritt 3
Discrepancies surface
If rent is missing, short or paid twice, it is in your overview the same day — with the history of that tenancy beside it.
- Schritt 4
The reminder is ready
For arrears, a drafted payment reminder is waiting. You review, adjust and approve — or deliberately decide against it.
What Fynn does not do here
Diese Grenzen sind fest eingebaut und lassen sich nicht versehentlich aufheben.
- It initiates no transfers or direct debits — it only reads.
- It sends no reminder without your approval.
- It makes no decision about formal debt collection or legal steps.
Wann er an dich übergibt
Payments Fynn cannot match with confidence go into a clarification list rather than into a wrong match. You match them once by hand — Fynn remembers that decision for next time.
Frequently asked questions
No. Access is read-only — technically the same mechanism accounting software uses. Transfers, direct debits and any other disposal are excluded.
That is exactly what it is built for. Partial amounts, different account holders (a benefits office, a relative) and unclear references are recognised from the history — and where it is unsure, it asks instead of guessing.
Yes. If you would rather not connect the account directly, reconciliation also works from regular statement exports (CSV). The interface is more convenient, not a condition.
